Microsoft Dynamics 365 Support Engineer / Site Engineer

About the Role

You will be responsible for:

 

  1. Analysing, diagnosing, and solving client-reported issues with their Dynamics 365 applications.
  2. Escalating issues to Microsoft and other third-party vendors and keeping the clients updated as you manage the issue through to resolution.
  3. Monitoring clients’ Dynamics 365 applications and providing advice for improved performance, adoption, usability, quality, maintainability and data quality.
  4. Maintaining documentation about clients’ Dynamics 365 applications.
  5. Contributing to the vibrant culture of the team and our clients’ satisfaction with our services.
  6. Contributing to Dynamics 365 implementation and upgrade projects.
  7. Support the career development of junior consultants and engineers.
  8. Tracking your work in our internal systems so that clients and team members are kept up-to-date.

 

 What you’ll bring to the team

  1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  2. Good interpersonal skills such as being to present complex ideas to groups, active listening, and build long-term relationships with existing clients.
  3. A demonstrated passion for continual learning and personal development.
  4. Ability to analyse Dynamics 365 issues, research potential causes, determine potential solutions, and resolve the issue.
  5. Experience with – and/or the ability to learn – technologies within the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem such as ClickDimensions, PowerBI, Logic Apps, PowerApps, Kingswaysoft integration toolkit for SSIS, and others.
  6. Ability to manage your time effectively working as part of a distributed team.
